An obsession with dough
Chloe’s obsession with dough started young. Legend has it she once tried to make a donut tower taller than herself (it collapsed, but she insists it was a structural issue, not a baking one). Now, she’s on a lifelong mission to craft the softest, fluffiest, most crave-worthy donuts imaginable.
When she’s not fine-tuning dough recipes, Chloe can be found testing the perfect doughnut-to-filling ratio, hosting blind taste tests for new flavours, or attempting to teach Jamie and Taylor the art of patience when proofing the dough (spoiler: they’re still working on it).
Her life philosophy?
